Field To Fork is seeking a financial administrator with experience.

**About Us**: Field To Fork is a family-owned and operated chain of retail butcher shops and takeaway grills. We are proud to serve Sydney with premium meat and wholesome cooked meals. We also wholesale our products across Sydney and provide full-service catering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts data.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and forecasts as requested.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, discrepancies, and variances.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Finance Officer, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of financial procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong command of the English language.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
