This is a dynamic, business critical role that links into our field operations. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, that works well in high-paced environments and can allocate efforts efficiently. As part of a larger Global TA team, you'll be working in a small, high performing HR team, that most importantly knows how to have fun You’ll be responsible for providing end-to-end commencement services via multiple channels across Australia, predominantly for our field roles based in Western Australia, ensuring we have the right people in the right places.

**Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Manage and be accountable for a recruitment case load across different business areas, predominantly drilling services.- Be the first point of contact throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a service that is timely and efficient, and meets defined key performance indicators (KPIs).- Proactively work with hiring managers to plan recruitment processes, logistics, timeframes and deliverables, including participating in workforce planning meetings.- **A few other things we’re looking for**:
You will need to have the right attitude, be someone who can work in a high-paced environment and understand urgency.
- Previous recruitment experience in fast paced blue-collar environment (desirable).- Previous experience with high-volume recruitment (essential).- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.- Strong planning and organizational skills.- Can build relationships quickly.- Mature and strong communication skills.- Great sense of humor.**Auto req ID**: 14854BR
