We are currently looking for male Disability Support Workers to join our team to work with participants in Redland Bay.

We are looking for support workers who have **experience dealing with behavior of concerns **and **good knowledge about Mental Health** to assist our participants to work towards their NDIS goals.

We provide personal care support, domestic assistance, and community access support to persons living with a disability.

**Duties and responsibilities may include**:

- Medication reminding
- Domestic assistance: household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Community Access: social activities, grocery shopping, medical appointments
- Supporting clients who have mental health challenges.
- Expected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.
- Attending training as required.

**You must have**:

- Experience in supporting client with challenging behaviors and psychosocial conditions.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain one
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable, registered vehicle with **Comprehensive Insurance**
- Smart mobile phone with internet access
