Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

**Salary**: $30.93 - $34.83 per hour

About Our Centre

Welcome to Busy Bees at Salt Ash, a beautifully designed 120-place early learning service nestled in a natural setting. Our purpose-built centre features open-plan learning spaces, a boutique farmyard with animals, and a newly renovated outdoor playground designed to ignite children's curiosity and love of discovery.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our supportive team and help nurture the next generation of lifelong learners.

Essential Qualifications- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)- Current and valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)- First Aid Certificate, including training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Key Skills & Attributes- Ability to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment- Strong understanding of developmental milestones for various age groups- Capable of designing and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- A collaborative team player who thrives in diverse environments- Adaptable and calm when navigating the day-to-day challenges of an early learning setting

Desirable Skills & Knowledge- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)- Understanding of National Quality Standards (NQS) and assessment processes- Cultural competence and inclusive practices- Proficiency in digital documentation of children’s learning- Prior experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant
