An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Myer Concession Manager to join our team in Myer Southland
- VIC
As a Myer Concession Manager, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

**About You**:

- Are passionate about customer service
- Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Want to further your career in retail in a fast paced, performance-based environment.
- You must be available to work weekends.

Job tasks and responsibilities
The Myer Concession Manager will take ownership in managing the store to achieve:

- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance
- Visual merchandising in your store
- Stock management
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
- As a Myer Concession Manager, you will also always provide leadership to your team.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
