ÒRA Restaurant, is a sophisticated, seductive and sensory Japanese Restaurant & Lounge in the heart of the design precinct of Danks Street, Waterloo. Our vision is to create memorable customer experiences by influencing the way people eat, drink and socialise. In collaboration with Executive Chef Nobuyuki Ura, ÒRA Restaurant offers guests Japanese dining & Kaiseki Omakase cuisine with an exemplary beverage selection.

We are looking for experienced, passionate, fun and professional people to join the floor team. If you love Japanese food, have a thirst to continually develop your skills, enjoy learning about wine and sake, and creating memorable customer experiences, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for fun and energised Waiters and Floor Staff to work on a casual basis.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- The ability to add to an amazing team-oriented culture.
- Assisting the management team.
- Monitoring and advising of service related requirements to ensure excellence.
- Ability to handle, organise and manage a section.
- To consistently provide outstanding customer experience.
- Confidently talk about Japanese food (training provided).
- Constantly learn about beverage offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a section waiter in premium restaurant environments.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour to both guests and colleagues alike.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a multi-faceted concept.
- Demonstrated experience in food and beverage service.
- Interest in regular training and self-development.
- Flexible availability, we will be busiest over the weekends, so you will need to have availability of those key shift times.
