Land Surveys is currently seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Belmont. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient mobilisation of Surveyors for our WA projects.
Part-time role with flexible, family friendly hours. Work around your life commitments and have the best of both worlds.

**As the Mobilisation Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-end mobilisation activities including demobilisation
- Liaise with client and client site contacts to ensure mobilisation requirements
- Organise flights, training, medicals and other required tasks for mobilisation
- Prepare and maintain roster system and personnel folders

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years in an administration role or similar position
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have a great attitude and work ethic
- Strong administration skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise - work in a fast-paced environment
