Cleaning Subcontractor - Fortnightly Commercial Site

About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning subcontractor to service a commercial site every fortnight. This is a great opportunity for someone who already runs their own small cleaning business or is building one and wants consistent, easy-to-manage work.

**Responsibilities**:

- General commercial cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, bins, surfaces, kitchens, and toilets
- Restocking consumables (paper towels, soap, etc - if required)
- Lock-up and alarm procedures (site dependent)
- Reporting any issues or low stock levels
- Following a checklist provided for each visit

**Requirements**:

- ABN (must have or be willing to get one)
- Police check - required before starting
- Previous commercial or domestic cleaning experience
- Reliable transport to/from site
- Able to work independently and follow a checklist
- High attention to detail

Nice To Have (But Not Essential):

- Insurance (Public Liability)
- Experience with small commercial contracts
- Availability for extra casual jobs in the future
