**The Role**:
Glue Store are currently on the lookout for a driven and motivated Retail Leader to take ownership of the Stockroom processes within our Charlestown store

Working closely with the management team, the Stock Coordinator will be responsible overseeing the coordination of stock and control of inventory within your four walls.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Stock Coordinator, you are responsible for the following**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining up to date product knowledge to assist Customers with product queries
- Performing transactions on POS
- Stock Management
- Receive stock upon delivery
- Escalate stock delivery discrepancies to management when appropriate
- Process Stock ( Soft & Hard Tagging, handle and fold stock
- Merchandise replenishment
- Assist Management with stock date
- Ensure stock is processed in a timely manner

- Store Operations and VM
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented as per the VM guide at all times ( i.e. correctly placed, hung and folded)
- Exercise a duty of care by performing duties in a safe manner in accordance to safe work practices
- Reporting all incidents in a timely manner

Who you are
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail
- Articulate problem solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel)
- Stock/Administrative retail background
- Team Player
- Loves the Glue brand & culture
