**About The Role**

The RPM Group has 4 core business entities/offerings, categorised into:

- Motorsport
- Repairs & Roadside
- Wheels & Tyres
- Performance & Accessories

Due to significant growth within the Performance & Accessories sector, the RPM Group are seeking to add a number of qualified and/or experienced **Sheetmetal Trades Workers** to our existing teams.

These roles will be based in Narangba (Qld) and St Mary’s (NSW), with core responsibilities being:

- Fabrication and on-site assembly and installation of exhaust systems and headers.
- Welding of exhaust headers, systems and components.
- Studying drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements.
- Selecting metal stock, checking sizes, gauges and other dimensions against specifications.
- Marking out metal stock with reference points and lines, using templates, gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Cutting metal stock along guidelines using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Shaping and forming cut metal stock into required sections using a variety of equipment including Plasma Cutter, Brake Press, CNC Machinery and Jigs.
- Fitting and assembling components into final products by welding, riveting, soldering, brazing and otherwise joining.
- Finishing products by polishing, filing, sanding and cleaning assembled products
- Repairs to damaged components.
- Management of workshop sheet metal inventory.
- Customer liaison.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**About You**

To be considered for these roles, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (including experience in all of the above responsibilities) plus a Cert III Qualification **_OR_** a Cert IV Qualification.
- A current drivers’ license.
- A great attitude and a genuine team player.
- A great work ethic, reliable and flexible.
- Great customer service skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- A strong commitment to Health, Safety and Compliance.

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
