**About the Role**

Holborne Institute is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated ELICOS Teachers to join our team. As an ELICOS Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality English language instruction to international students, preparing them for their academic and professional futures. You will have the chance to contribute to our dynamic learning environment by developing engaging lessons, supporting students' progress, and participating in our collaborative academic community.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver engaging and interactive English language classes to international students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to a range of learning needs and levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their language goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching practices and course materials.
- Stay current with best practices in ELICOS teaching and learning.

**About You**
- Passionate about teaching English with a knack for making classes fun and impactful.
- Familiar with digital teaching tools and platforms, whether in blended or online formats.
- Committed to your own professional growth and development.
- Reliable, with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree and recognised TESOL/CELTA qualifications.
- Experience teaching English to international students, both face-to-face and online.
- Ability to teach across various levels and adapt to mixed nationality classes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- A passion for working with international students and contributing to their success.
