**FIFO Leading Hand - Heavy Diesel Technician | 2:2 Roster | Orelia Mine Site**

**Ready to level up your FIFO career with a company that values your experience and invests in your growth?** Emeco is hiring a **Leading Hand - Heavy Diesel Technician** for a permanent full-time position on our **2:2 FIFO roster** from Perth to the Orelia Mine Site (just 80km NE of Leinster).

This is your chance to join a high-performing maintenance team on a site that’s growing fast, with a fleet that’s expanding in 2025. Whether you have multiple years experience or you have stepped-up before and your ready to take the lead.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading day-to-day maintenance on Emeco’s fleet of **Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu** machines
- Supporting rental fleet servicing and breakdowns as needed
- Maintaining safety and compliance to all HSE policies and site procedures
- Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to deliver uptime targets and operational goals
- Driving a strong team culture that values safety, reliability, and performance

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- **Trade qualified** Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter (Australian-recognised)
- Proven post-trade experience with **large-scale mining equipment**
- Leadership or supervisor experience on **open cut mine sites**
- HR Driver’s Licence (preferred)
- High-risk work licence (preferred - we also provide training)
- A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and the ability to lead from the front
