**About Us**

**Our Client is recruiting for Casual Freight Handlers based at Darra, with the following available shifts**:

- Day shift = **between 3.30am and 5.30am starts **(5-6hr shift)
- Evening shift = **3pm - 4pm Starts** (5-6hr shift)

**About the Role**:
As Freight Handler, you will be responsible for the following:

- Working off a conveyor belt system
- Sorting parcels & mail - manual and rf scanning
- Loading and unloading trucks/vans
- Lifting products up to 20kg

**To be successful for the role, you will possess the following**:

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Freight handling experience desired, not essential
- You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
- You are a team player and able to follow instructions
- A valid criminal check record (within the last 3 months)
- Successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darra, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
