We are looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to join our **Chadstone Store** who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience.

**THE ROLE**:

- Assist driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Supporting the Store Manager to empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Working with Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
- Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Driving operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
- **Sunday - Thursday roster**

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5-10 team members in a fast-paced store.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
