With several sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Mansfield location and currently employs up to 80 employees.

**About the opportunity**

Flavorite are proud to be looking for a driven and conscientious Harvest Supervisor to lead and motivate a small team to attend to all growing needs of our variety of capsicum crops, whilst achieving company KPI’s and highest quality standards ensuring optimum yield. Reporting directly to the Harvest Manager, you will have proven experience in training, instructing and motivating a small team to reach company targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage labour requirements and strategy
- Ensure quality and KPI targets are being achieved
- Manage performance of direct reports promptly
- Operate a range of plant and equipment the farm
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use
- Record and report on crop issues to appropriate department

**Skills and Experience**:

- Lead, manage and instruct Harvest team
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound understanding of OHS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical, problem solving and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

With each day presenting new challenges and a variety of work, this role will suit someone with high-level problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to address any issues that may arise.
