EXCLUSIVE | Federal Government Agency seeking an experienced ICT Support Analyst to join the Canberra team.

**Your new company**
This position is responsible for providing all front-line IT technical support. This role works closely with the End User Support team, and when required to provide this support. To perform this role, the Support Analyst will have an understanding of software and hardware technologies used by the Agency in order to triage problems and pass them onto senior team members, keeping in mind the importance of speed of response and resolution.

**Your new role**
- Provide timely and accurate advice relating to activities and management of the Agency’s knowledge and records and information management and technology operations.
- Sustain effective, collaborative relationships and networking with all internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Analyse, document and recommend improvements for the growth of technology and associated systems.
- Contribute to risk management meetings and contribute to risk management activities across the Agency.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in IT analysis of Desktop Hardware and Software to resolve problems for customers
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical contributions, coupled with strong interpersonal skills in sustaining relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure technology including servers, desktops, networks, operating systems, platforms and configurations.
- Proven ability to analyse and resolved level 1 and level 2 problems in a desktop environment

The following will be found highly desirable:

- Degree in Information Technology
- Completed courses in IT related technologies
- Completed Certificate 4 in Information Technology
