**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager of the NAPA Industrial Team, you will be supporting the Team with the growth and profitability of that channel. The role will require a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

*
Duties include:*
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager in the operations of the industrial channel
- Involvement in a range of operational projects
- Assist the sales team with creating spreadsheets
- Communicating with customers
- Working with the Branches to fill customer orders and invoicing

**About You**:

- Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
- Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills, Excel, and Word (essential)
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can prioritise and work independently
- Be a good communicator
