Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker with experience with challenging behaviours?

We've got a Casual role available. You will be supporting 3 clients located in Traralgon, Moe and Warragul, so if you don't mind a bit of travel this is the role for you.

Here's what our clients are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to redirect behaviours of concern and manage aggressive behaviours
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with individuals with disabilities
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
