If you are an outstanding communications and media expert with skills in content management then this is the role for you As a
**Communications & Events Manager**, you will provide communication support to build and maintain stakeholder relationships through varying channels such as social media, online activities, events and outreach.
**What else can you expect?**
- Contribute to the development of the association's Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plan
- Event planning and organisation
- Source and prepare editorial and visual content for their social media, website and e-newsletter
- Develop a content creation schedule and engagement strategy for social media as well as monitor, maintain and enhance relevant webpage and digital engagement channels
- Moderate and evaluate engagement across communication and social media channels as well as report on the key performance metrics of relevant channels
- Research and write a range of internal and external communications including media briefings, media releases and stakeholder communications
**About you?**
- You have demonstrated experience in communications, public relations and digital media
- Wordpress is your bread and butter and you are able to create compelling social media content
- You also have experience in event planning
- You have strong empathy and support towards the mission and ethos of Catholic schools and the community they serve
- You have the ability to work under pressure and can be assertive in nature when required
