**Administration Clerk/Receptionist**
**Nowra Private Hospital** - **Permanent part-time basis**.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a cheerful and confident Administration Clerk to join our Administration Team on a Part-Time basis, providing a comprehensive customer focused service at Nowra Private Hospital
You will be responsible for effectively performing the administrative duties including admissions and reception duties within a variety of different departments, providing leave coverage as required. You will provide a high level of customer service directly to our patients.
In this role you will report to the Administrative Services Manager and work closely with a supportive team.
**About You**
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong administrative skill set and be familiar with the health care industry. You will be a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the work day. You will be a clear and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, who can work well in a team environment.
**You will also bring**
- A positive and welcoming customer service skill set.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with Health Funds would be advantageous
- Experience with patient management systems (meditech) will be highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded.

**Requirements**:
- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
