**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking Forklift Drivers to ensure the operations of our Dandenong, VIC recycling plant run smoothly.

You will be responsible for making decisions on the shift to ensure quality targets are met, throughput is maximized and downtime is minimized.

We have positions available across all shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night).

**$26.12 base hourly rate + super + shift loading for A/S and N/S**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Using the forklift to safely move materials between storage areas and vehicles.
- Using machinery to compress product into compact bales that are easy to handle, transport and store.
- Ensuring safe unloading and loading of inventory.
- Assisting with general recycling hand and cleaning duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- **MUST have experience as a Ticketed Forklift Operator**:

- You must be reliable and hardworking
- Able to work in a repetitive role and perform manual duties
- Current driver's license -**required**:

- Other relevant competencies to operate site equipment (Loader Ticket with VOC, HR License) - **favorable or willing to obtain**:

- Experience as a process worker/sorter on a fast-paced production/conveyor line is desirable
- Self-starter, persevering work ethic and ability to work with mínimal supervision and comply with all company policies and procedures
