**Position: Planter**

**Location**: Various jobsites across Sydney

**High Earning Potential**: Piece rate job with a guaranteed minimum wage of $29.33 per hour on the jobsite. Average planters earn $35-$50 per hour, with top planters making $70-$100 per hour. It’s tough work, but the financial rewards are amazing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planting plants of all sizes at diverse and exciting jobsites
- Paying close attention to detail to maintain high standards
- Bringing your positive energy and strong work ethic every day

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit (a sporting background will serve you well)
- Ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions (we sometimes call it off in heavy rain, though)
- A great work ethic and mental toughness. Mind over matter to make great $$$

- **DRIVERS LICENSE (OWN TRASNPORT/WILLINGNESS TO RENT IS AN ASSET**:

- **Getting Up to Speed**: Be prepared for a couple of tough weeks as you get up to speed. This job is demanding, but once you hit your stride, you'll start making great money.
