Assistant Buyer

In this role will assist, coordinate and support the Buyer and Planner in the end-to-end buying process. Responsible for the system and administrative functions you will ensure accurate data and stock management. You will be highly motivated with a willingness to handle change and challenges and the ability to re-prioritise and manage the workload effectively.

**Duties and key responsibilities**:

- Assist the Buyer and Planner with system and administration tasks
- Raise, maintain and amend purchase orders
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers in conjunction with the Buyer
- Set up new products in the system and maintain existing product data
- Execute the online sales campaign schedule and curate relevant product content for the sales campaign
- Sales forecasting and stock performance monitoring for the category
- Maximisation of sales opportunities by working with marketing on promotions and social networking
- React to changes in demand and logistics
- Liaising with other departments within the organisation to ensure sales and projects are completed

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
