Our client is a public research university based in Melbourne. The university has state of the art facilities and is known for making a positive difference in the lives of its students, partners and communities.

**About the role**

This position will assist the Division by supporting day to day procurement operations service needs.
- Support and coordination of vendor relationships
- Data reporting and analysis
- Day to day purchasing activities
- First level support for travel and fleet
- Review procurement requests

**Experience and skills**
- Previous procurement experience
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and monitor workflows
- Experience with reporting and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with procurement enterprise systems i.e. SAP
- Demonstrated experience with MS Suite - Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint

A current Working with Children's check and double Covid-19 vaccination are essential for this role
