**Responsibilities**:
As a Contracted Dietitian, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of clients with disabilities to understand their dietary needs and restrictions. Develop personalized nutrition plans based on their goals, medical conditions, and NDIS funding guidelines.

2. Provide one-on-one consultations with clients to educate them about proper nutrition, dietary modifications, and meal planning. Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor their progress.

3. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and support coordinators to ensure a holistic approach to clients' care plans.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with NDIS standards and confidentiality protocols.

5. Advocate for clients' nutritional needs and provide support in navigating NDIS funding processes related to dietetic services.

6. Deliver group workshops and educational sessions for clients, families, and support workers on topics related to nutrition, healthy eating habits, and specialized dietary needs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to suit the needs of clients with diverse disabilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a person-centered approach to client care.
- Organizational skills to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
