**About the Role**
Arcare is looking for a Regional Client Service Manager to liaise with potential clients and families, attending to enquiries, conducting tours, explaining the costs associated with entry to aged care and generally ensuring clients enjoy a welcoming experience and a comfortable transition in to the residence. In addition, the Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the Queensland State Manager Client Services.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Ability to relate to the ageing clients and families at a stressful time
- Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
- Must be solution focused
- Established referral network and ability to build on Arcare's relationships with relevant key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
- Sound organisational and communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
