Floorplanner

**Fast Floorplans have a vacancy for a Floor Planner to produce Floorplans for**
**Real Estate marketing programs.**

Floorplans are produced by physically measuring a house/property, using a laser tape measure. The on-site sketch is then converted to a professional floorplan using CAD software.

This interesting and varied position, (every job is different) is a Permanent Casual position, hours of work will vary from week to week. It is anticipated that work will be available 3 to 4 days a week.
You can nominate your preferred working days for each week.

Most work is in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne (Doncaster to Lilydale to Mount Waverley)

Full on the job Training and CAD software will be provided

To be successful you must have a good eye for detail, be able to work with minimum supervision, and must be able to work in an efficient manner.

Requirements : - must have own car (with current licence) and Windows 10 computer.

Some experience in reading/preparing Architectural/Engineering drawings, or sketching/drawing landscape plans would be an advantage, but not essential.

Some experience with Windows based CAD software would be an advantage, but not essential.

All homes are measured during normal business hours, some evening work may be required to complete CAD drawings, on your own computer.

The pay rate shown below is based on full time employment, the actual pay rate will depend on how many days a week are worked, and the number of hours per day.
