About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences—from reservations right through to departure. Your commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction will shine through every interaction.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in guest services with IHG or other leading hotels
- Efficiency in guest check-ins and check-outs
- Accuracy in handling reservations and special requests
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends, afternoons, and nights
- Full Time or Casual role available
