Store Manager

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days, including public holidays and weekends.

**About this role**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence and luxury while overseeing daily operations and driving sales.

**How you’ll contribute**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**: Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed targets and goals.
- **Collaboration & Inclusivity**: Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment.
- **Sales Performance and Strategy Implementation**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand our product inside and out & provide training to strengthen team knowledge.
- **Client Engagement & Experience**: Maintain and elevate exceptional customer service standards.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Promote our brand with a polished appearance and genuine passion.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Oversee and enhance visual merchandising and store displays.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- **Security, Loss & Prevention**: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to prevent theft.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
- **Store Maintenance & Health and Safety**: Promote a safe working environment and address safety concerns.

**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail (preferably in the jewellery sector).
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in engaging with high-end clientele is highly advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving role requirements.
- Proficiency in new software and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, active listening skills, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- A genuine passion for luxury products and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
