**The Role**
- The position is casual and is based in Singleton NSW
- The shifts have a start time of 6am, predominantly Monday to Friday, but weekends may also be required
- Keep all gardens, grounds and external areas of the site well maintained
- Ensure gardens are neat and tidy
- Mowing and whipper snipping of grounds
- Weed identification and removal
- Keep all walkways and areas clear of debris and rubbish
- Adhere to Strike Force Services and site policies and procedures
- Actively participate in daily risk management processes and regular toolbox meetings
- Undertake Job Safety Analysis and Take 5 assessments on site before each task
- You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued.

**Skills and Experience**
- Sound experience with tools of trade including ride on lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, whipper snipper, chainsaws and high-powered hand tools related to the gardening industry
- High level of physical fitness to perform the requirements of this role
- Current drivers' licence and must have own transport (Manual licence is preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve
- Be self-motivated, hardworking and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
- Be able to provide 3 work related references
- Live within 1 hour's drive of Singleton
- Certificate III in Horticulture desirable but not essential
- AQF-3 Chemical Accreditation desirable but not essential
- Maintain and Operate Chainsaws ticket desirable but not essential
- Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. _**We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.**_
