**Position Overview**:
As a **Leading Hand/Supervisor**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cleaning/service teams. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our frontline staff, ensuring that cleaning/service tasks are completed to the highest standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning/service teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to frontline staff, including training and development as needed.
- Assign work schedules and tasks to team members, considering client requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients in a prompt and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of work completed, including timesheets, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning/service industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the role.
