Café All Rounder

Latte Lane/Caledonian Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable cafe all-rounder to join our team. This role is hands on and varied. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced drive-thru cafe environment and enjoys working with both food and people.

Salary $68000-$78000

What you'll be doing:
*Greeting customers and providing excellent service with a smile

*Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation and service

*Washing, peeling, cutting ingredients for cooking and serving

*Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

*Operating the till and EFTPOS system with accuracy

*Assisting with stock control, including informing senior staff when supplies are running low

*Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

What we're looking for:
*Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure

*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

*Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude

*Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality all-rounder roles preferred

*Previous barista experience is an advantage
