**Customer Orchestration Lead - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great new role for a Marketing Automation professional in our Martech team in Sydney or Melbourne as a Customer Orchestration Lead. You will be responsible for working cross functionally in Domain to deliver connected, contextual, and personalised marketing campaign experiences to our customers and members. In this role, you will build and share 'Centre of Excellence' expertise on customer data platform and marketing automation software (Tealium & Braze).

You will coordinate experiences, streamline processes, automate manual workflows, and set up measurement tools that generate actionable insights whilst supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns via these systems. Reporting into our Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will have the opportunity to heavily influence how things are set up and maintained whilst growing your commercial and strategic capability as a Martech and digital SME for the wider Domain group.

**Who are you?**
- ** Hands on experience working with Martech/AdTech platforms (ideally Braze/Tealium, but DMPs, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are all relevant)**
- Been through and led parts of the delivery life cycle for enterprise-level MarTech projects (discovery, implementation, onboarding, training and or execution)
- A thorough understanding of tag management, implementation and maintenance, preferably with Google Tag Manager or enterprise level DMP systems such as Krux or Adobe Audience Manager
- You are a keen collaborator, helping to bring the best out of team members through project coaching and focusing on developing the wider team’s Martech capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail with an overall passion for continual improvement
- Technology based degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or similar experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Javascript
- General digital marketing experience, knowledge and understanding/awareness of industry trends and factors
