**MISSION**

Make it easier for all Australians to love a better pizza from a great Pizza Hut, driving incremental and profitable guest visits.

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The purpose of this role is to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

**SCOPE & MAGNITUDE**
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- May be expected to undertake other duties at times including but not limited to food preparation, receipt of orders, cooking, and sales.

**POSITION FUNCTIONS**

**General**
- Organise all pizzas appropriately to be delivered to customers.
- Maintain optimal level of hygiene for all pizzas.
- Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations.
- Manage and maintain record of all money and coupons collected from customers and manage all credit card accounts and ensure appropriate signature on receipt.
- Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately after return to store.
- Facilitate communication for all mobile equipment and ensure adherence to all safety requirements of organisation.
- Undertake other duties as needed such as phone order taker, and order preparation.
- Maintain knowledge on all operations of pizza oven and ensure compliance to all company standards to assemble all boxes.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area associated with the job function.
- Complete dishwashing duties and other cleaning projects in between orders.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Be able to prioritise best routing for delivery orders.
- Promote pizza products, distribute door hangers and promotional materials.

**SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**
- Be at least 17 years of age.
- Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Have a mobile phone with data enabled so that you can track all travel with each delivery.
- Agree to download and use any app as dictated by Management.
- Where store does not have use of a company vehicle, have use of a properly maintained, insured and street-legal vehicle.
- Maintain mínimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy and insurance carrier.
- Be capable of reading a map and interpreting GPS directions.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
- Be able to work in a seated position while driving, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift objects exercising proper ergonomic practices.
- Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits for food safety and compliance purposes.
