**The Opportunity**

As a **Digital Copywriter** you will contribute to the overall vision and customer experience for the digital environment. You will craft communications that are useful, valuable and consistent with Vodafone’s Digital Tone of Voice.

**Responsibilities**

Under the guidance of the Senior Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting a written response to a wide range of briefs from a diverse range of internal clients. Tasks may include support pages, merchandising copy, digital campaign pages, product pages, and copy for the organisation’s app, My Vodafone. You’ll also craft content for our conversion rate optimisation program and for our online eCommerce purchase journey.
- Work closely with all areas of digital and internal clients to deliver accurate, clear and concise copy that:

- Responds to the brief
- Adheres to the Digital Tone of Voice Guidelines
- Maximises the chance of online conversion
- Maximises the SEO opportunity
- Work closely with UX Designers and Visual Designers to create effective copy which advocates for the needs of the customer
- Work closely with developers for shoulder-checks
- Comfortable presenting and justifying your work
- Attend all required briefing sessions with other areas of the business
- Keep up to date with news for the business products and services, and digital trends
- Adhere to Vodafone policies and procedures as introduced and varied from time to time

**Knowledge and experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or similar
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Ability to craft strong editorial, informational, merchandising copy, with solid experience in digital execution
- Ability to craft UX copy for our online purchase journey
- Ability to craft digital content for conversion rate optimisation and A/B tests
- Ability to draw actionable insights from digital data
- Experience in justifying copy decisions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
