**Flannerys Mona Vale**are on the lookout for a retail-savvy and people-centric Store Manager to lead our vibrant team in a permanent full-time capacity - commencing in October/November, 2025.

This rare leadership position is a salaried role, working either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday roster and offering an **above market value salary** (and bonus structure) for the person that we think will add to our amazing culture.

**Tell me about the role?**

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end performance of the Mona Vale store - from both a operational and leadership standpoint.

As the Store Manager, areas of accountability will include people & culture management, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and administration. You will be a positive & results driven individual with proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a team that you will be working with.

**We're looking for someone who has**:

- Demonstrated experience working as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager + a passion for retail
- Strong leadership capability through coaching, developing and guiding a motivated team to ensure the store is kept to a high standard
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
- Positive and teachable attitude
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store _(some occasional heavy lifting may be required)_
- Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative _(we can't teach that)_
