Perth, Australia NES FIRCROFT Full time

Our client, a Global Oil and Gas Operator are currently seeking an Inspector for a 12 month contract with potential to extend. This will be a FIFO position from Perth to Barrow Island on a 2/2 roster.

Role Responsibilities:

- Coordinate manning and equipment resources both core and adhoc inspection tasks for the Gorgon facility to ensure they are delivered as per the committed work schedule, along with value to the business.
- Close liaising with Perth Based Inspection & Integrity Engineers to mitigate any complications with inspection requests / scopes and deliver quality inspection / testing results / reports.
- Integrate the Inspection team tasks with the Maintenance and Frontline work groups to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor inspection teams work and safety behaviours to execute the tasks with excellence and align with the clients values.
- Oversee technical repairs to on site Pressure Equipment and provide focal point to Perth SME’s.

Role Requirements:

- Strong exposure within the Oil and Gas industry desirable
- Team player attitude
- Flexibility with roster arrangements
- Demonstrated previous experience as a Inspection Engineer
- Inspection Engineer or Snr AICIP / API inspector with 10 - 15 years site experience.
