To support our rapid growth, and continue delivering excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility in the meat wholesale industry.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed for optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market development, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, such as website posts, brochures, social media updates.
- Manage multiple marketing budgets and provide regular management reports required by management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the sales team to identify potential customer, explore new markets, develop new sales channels, and align the marketing efforts with the overall business plan.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as local farms and meat processing plants, and key customers, such as high-end restaurants, hotels, and chains, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Stay abreast of relevant hygiene regulations and standards, and prevent market share losses from potential hygiene-related risks.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum diploma in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum one years of experience in marketing specialist.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven organization skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects and operational activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Located in Melbourne and available for immediate employment is preferred.
