4 Hearts Brewing are a well established and highly regarded craft brewery based at the historic precinct - 88 Limestone Street, Ipswich. As a result of our continued success, we are now seeking a Lead Brewer to join our award-winning team.

We are all about sustainably creating quality beer flavours, sharing these with our awesome customers and having fun along the way.

**Role**
- Coordinate all aspects of the brewing process and lead recipe development
- Supervisor & lead a team of Brewers
- Ensure the highest levels of quality & consistency in our beer
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with all teams to ensure that 4HB meets the needs of our customers
- Continually explore (and experiment) with new ingredients and brewing techniques

Our next Lead Brewer will demonstrate a deep understanding of the brewing process and will possess a track record for producing exceptional beer. You are innovative and enthusiastic.

**You**
- Passionate about quality craft beer
- Demonstrable experience in commercial brewing - including recipe development, brew scheduling and BOH organisation.
- Possess relevant accredited qualifications
- Able to lead a team of passionate professionals
- Have your own reliable transport, incl. open manual license (manual of advantage)
