**Maddington Toyota** have a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands on **Wholesale Buying Manager**. Due to internal promotion this role is now available, as part of this position you will be responsible for leading the wholesale team in proactively sourcing and purchasing vehicles on behalf of the Dealership to achieve strong results and profitability. You will be taking full ownership for purchasing, maintaining a strong commercial awareness and achieving Dealership profitability targets.

**YOU**
- Understanding of used vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage used car stock, purchasing and valuations, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Current C Class drivers’ licence
- **Previous experience as an Automotive Buyer or Sales Consultant is essential**
