**About the Role**:
As Communities Partner at Tassal, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive community relationships and supporting our sustainability initiatives. You will be an informed representative of Tassal, understanding our position and ensuring relevant briefings occur prior to any engagement activities. This role requires a willingness to travel and be present on our operational sites and in our communities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage community communications.
- Organise donations and sponsorships.
- Coordinate event logistics and Tassal representative attendance.
- Manage budget updates and reconciliations.
- Draft responses for community enquiries.
- Contribute to the Sustainability Report.
- Create presentations and organise school tours.
**About You**:
To achieve success in this role, you will:
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Drive positive community awareness, education, and trust.
- Support accurate and timely public disclosures across publications and platforms.
