**THE ROLE**
- Provide a **warm, professional welcome and farewell** to all guests.
- Assist with **luggage handling, valet parking**, escorting guests to rooms and the WSCC.
- Deliver **VIP amenities**, respond to guest requests, and support concierge services such as booking tours or transport.
- Actively promote and assist with sign-ups for **ALL Accor and Panthers Club memberships**.
- Ensure the **lobby and entrance area** are clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Perform daily tasks including **mail runs, parcel handling**, and room showings.
- Report and help resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to a **collaborative and positive work culture** through team briefings and peer support.

**THE CRITERIA**
- Previous **guest service experience** in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **local knowledge** of Penrith and Western Sydney (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to safely perform **manual handling tasks** (e.g., luggage, valet parking).
- Willingness to work **flexible hours**, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Awareness of and commitment to **WH&S, hygiene, and safety standards**.
- Demonstrated **attention to detail** and pride in presentation and cleanliness.
- Eagerness to learn, contribute to the team, and provide **exceptional guest experiences**.
