**About the Role**

As an Optical Assistant or Dispenser at Glenorchy Eyecare, you will be involved in every step of the patient journey, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection, offering tailored eyewear solutions
- Interpreting prescriptions and providing advice on lens options and coatings
- Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles to ensure optimal comfort and vision
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting patient relationships
- Contributing to the smooth running of the practice, including administrative and retail tasks
