South Melbourne Care Services is looking for a Mental Health Worker to join our team.

We are looking to hire someone for the following Days/Hours

Wednesday 10am - 2pm
Friday 10am
- 2pm
Saturday 10am-2pm

These will be regular ongoing shifts. There are additional shifts that maybe offered at a later stage.

Location: Prahran

Role of Support worker includes
- Domestic assistance: light housework (cleaning, laundry and meal preparation)
- Social Activities: transporting clients to their appointments, shopping, any planned social activity
- Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs
- Companionship

**Essential Criteria**
- Right to Work in Australia such as passport, visa, birth certificate
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain before employment
- Police Check or NDISWC are essential with a preference for NDISWC
- Working with Children Check
- COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate
- Mental Health experience preferred

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
