**About the role**:
**Our Cleveland Home & Community Service is **looking for Home Care workers to provide personal care to our older clients within their homes. Enjoy the freedom of working in the Community, while developing meaningful relationships with those who you care for.
- Personal grooming and hygiene; assistance with medication reminders and general self-care
- Transport assistance
- Food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation

**A bit about you.**
To enable us to continue to provide high-quality, client-centered care we are looking for dedicated, reliable, and flexible workers.
- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B & Tetanus immunisations (or willingness to obtain)
- Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
