**APS 4 - Senior Administration Officer, Digitisation on Demand**:

The Library is seeking to fill a ongoing **Senior Administrator, Digitisation on Demand APS 4** role in the Trove Community Services Section of the Collaboration Branch.

Working closely with the Library Imaging Team, the Senior Administrator oversees online customer requests for digitisation from the Copies Direct service. Additionally, the Senior Administrator will process interlibrary loan requests for Trove Partner institutions.

We are looking for someone skilled at triaging high volumes of work; determining what is and is not urgent and allocating to others as needed.

To succeed in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated excellent written communication
- Strong customer service experience
