Membership Consultant

**We are looking for a Membership Consultant Megastar to drive membership sales and motivate our members to reach their fitness goals**

**What we need from you**:

- A passion for fitness& well-being, balance & happiness
- Outstanding communication & people skills: working alongside your team, meeting with prospective members, building rapport with current members, answering inquiries through various channels
- Excellence in lead generation, sales, retention, and customer service
- Growing brand awareness in the local community - outreach programs, meeting with local businesses
- Able to work independently - self-motivated, proactive, forward planning, attention to detail, problem-solving
- Able to work _with_ your team - nurture a “bright, friendly community” vibe from our team and continue to build on this culture in the club, motivate staff & members
- You will be at the Heart of our club Treat our club like it’s your own
- a commitment to yourself: the willingness for ongoing training, up-skilling and growth; commitment to growing our club: meet sales targets, strategies for member retention, what can we do to be better
- Availability to work 9am - 8pm during the week, and occasional weekends.Must have the flexibility to cover other staff who may be sick or on leave.
- Cert III or IV in Fitness preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
