Requirements:
One of our clients, Martini & Co. Who run a highly successful and large
- Cale restaurant in Werribee. We provide exquisite experience to our customers and extremely delicious and special dishes. Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join the team. The applicant will be passionate about preparing and cooking best quality dishes.
1. Relevant qualifications with at least 2 years professional working experience
2. Qualification must be graduate diploma or above
3. Ability to focus in a pressured environment and manage the team effectively.
4. Full working rights within Australia are mandatory

**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation of all the dishes listed on the menu.
2. Create new recipes and assist in defining the menu items.
3. Stay on trend with what customers want and deliver dishes as per their taste requirements.
4. Following cooking instructions and recipes for all signature dishes and maintaining high standards of food prepared.
5. Preparation and set up of all the ingredients/ materials that will be required in the cooking of food items.

6. Supervise the kitchen staff for maintaining the operation standards.
7. Provide training to kitchen staff as and when required.
8. Managing and rostering all kitchen staff.
9. Effective management of the kitchen passes along the docket system.
10. Maintaining a sanitized and an organised workstation, along with a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the entire kitchen.

Salary Range: $55k to $65k plus superannuation
Location: 225 Heaths Rd, Werribee VIC 3030
