Holmesglen Private Hospital is currently seeking a professional and customer focused Supply Officer to join the busy team of professionals. **About Us**:
Holmesglen Private Hospital is a comprehensive 147 beds acute private hospital. Our hospital offers highly specialised services including an emergency department, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgery. These services are supported by a 6-bed intensive care unit, 9-bed acute coronary care unit and 7 operating theatres.

We are building teams that drive the development of our hospital with deliberate, consistent and long lasting progress, focused on delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.

The Supply & Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing goods, services, and equipment required by the organization. This role ensures timely procurement while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with internal and external policies. The officer will also maintain supplier relationships and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement Planning & Sourcing:

- Analyze procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, stationaries, service and equipment.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update approved vendor/supplier database.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contracts.
- Resolve supply issues or delivery delays with vendors.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, process and compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with supplier warehouse or logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation for returns, transfer and receiving goods.
- Monitor procurement budgets and generate cost-saving initiatives.
