Deliver a level of service that exceeds expectations, ensuring the workspace, building and fleet of vehicles are cleaned to a high standard.

**Reporting directly to the Des’s EZYrent Manager this position will have the responsibilities for the following**:

- Deliver a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the building, office space and with the transport vehicles.
- Ensure smart working practices are followed so that an efficient and high level of cleaning is maintained.
- Promote and portray a positive image for the Company
- Be helpful, polite knowledgeable and resourceful
- Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures
- Undertake duties as directed by the supervising officer

- Demonstrated, well-developed personal communication skills
- Have high standards and is efficient and thorough
- Has the ability to listen and communicate well
- Has excellent time management skills
- Has the ability to develop routines and follow procedures to ensure all areas of the building, workspace and fleet vehicles are maintained to a high level of cleanliness.
- Familiar with MSDS and OHS policies
- Has a good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ** Minimum of MR License essential.**
